  • Course applications: name, email, phone, organization (optional), chosen course, preferred schedule, and background notes.

  • Technical data: our form-protection systems record the submitting IP address and the page a form was sent from, to prevent abuse and spam.

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, process your course application, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and keep our services secure. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this site (such as our email delivery provider) and where the law requires.

4. Retention & security

Submissions are stored securely, access is limited to authorized vMass staff, and records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us. Transmission to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including unsubscribing from the newsletter. Use the contact form or call us; we respond within two working days.
