National-scale systems, running every day.
Built, delivered, and supported by us.

When the stakes are national, public safety, justice, land rights, health, institutions chose vMass. Here's what we delivered.

Security · Government

Crime Statistics Information System

National police service, Crime Statistics Department

Before this system, Liberia's crime picture lived in paper logbooks scattered across depots and stations. We built a national platform for the streamlined collection, reporting, and analysis of crime data, transforming the Police Department's operational data management.

Commanders now see incidents by type, location, and time. Headquarters sees the whole country. And policy conversations about public safety can finally start from evidence.

Why it matters for Liberia: safer communities begin with knowing where crime happens. This system gives the police service that knowledge, and the ownership to sustain it.
Justice · Protection

Trafficking in Persons Case Management System

National police service, donor-funded engagement

Human trafficking cases are among the hardest to prosecute: victims move, files stall, and cases go cold. Built with donor funding, this system manages TIP cases end-to-end, comprehensive tracking from identification through investigation to prosecution.

It also strengthens Liberia's ability to report credibly on its anti-trafficking commitments to international partners.

Why it matters for Liberia: when no case file can quietly disappear, the most vulnerable people in the country get a real chance at justice.
Justice · Rule of Law

Judicial Case Management Information System

National judiciary & justice ministry, donor-funded engagement

Justice delayed in Liberia has often meant justice lost in a records room. Implemented under donor-funded rule-of-law programs, this system enables efficient tracking, management, and reporting of cases across the court system, strengthening transparency and improving legal proceedings.

Court administrators can see backlogs. Parties can be told where their case actually stands. Delay has nowhere to hide.

Why it matters for Liberia: investor confidence, citizens' rights, and the rule of law all rest on courts that can account for every case. Now they can.
Land · Government

Land Management Information System

National land authority

Few issues touch more Liberian families, or spark more conflict, than land. We built a national land authority a system to digitize land records and improve transparency, replacing fragile paper archives with a secure, searchable digital registry.

Why it matters for Liberia: secure, transparent land records mean fewer disputes, stronger property rights, and a foundation for investment in every county.
Health

Health Management Information Systems (DHIS2)

Health ministries & international NGOs, multiple countries

Our team has designed and customized DHIS2-based health management information systems in various countries, supporting national and institutional health reporting. From facility-level data collection to national analytics, our work supports the programs fighting malaria, tracking disease outbreaks, and planning services.

Why it matters for Liberia: every vaccine planned, every stockout prevented, and every outbreak caught early starts with health data that arrives on time, and is trusted.
Development

NGO Project Management System

International NGO

A comprehensive platform for tracking projects, monitoring budgets, and generating reports for donors and stakeholders, built for the operational reality of development work in Liberia: multiple donors, multiple counties, one accountable picture.

Why it matters for Liberia: when NGOs report faster and more credibly, funding keeps flowing to the communities that need it.
Private Sector

Corporate Website & Digital Presence

Corporate client

A complete redesign of a corporate website with modern design principles, responsive layout, and a content management system, giving a Liberian business a digital presence that competes internationally.

Why it matters for Liberia: Liberian businesses win more when they look the part online. We help them get there.

Your institution's story goes here.

Every system on this page started with one conversation. Whether you're a ministry drowning in paper, a utility losing revenue, or an NGO facing a reporting deadline, we've seen it, and we've solved it.

Start the Conversation

Donor-funded, government-owned, locally supported, that is how we deliver. We understand procurement, audits, and reporting because we've delivered under major multilateral and bilateral donor funding for nine years.
